The Employability Mentoring Project is nearing a new launch phase this autumn. As part of our offer to students, we have developed an online platform which will facilitate mentee-mentor communications. This will allow mentoring relationships to develop between our students and alumni in industry from all over the globe.
We have a growing list of mentors ready to sign up to online mentoring from as far away as Australia, to bring their knowledge and perspective to help increase the employability of our students and graduates.
The online platform has been designed around the established mentoring platform provided by Brightside. Customisation of the website is complete and work is ongoing to provide the structure and guidance for those entering into online mentoring relationships.
